1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Road to 100 (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by Zawa Studio.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agrees to these terms.

3. Description of service

Road to 100 is a travel goal tracker that allows users to track visited countries, plan routes, and visualize their journey toward visiting 100 countries. The App is provided free of charge.

4. User accounts

You may use the App as a guest (data stored locally on your device) or create an account for cloud sync across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address when creating an account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or interact with the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Map disclaimer

The maps and country borders displayed in the App are shown for travel tracking purposes only and do not represent political positions or official geographic boundaries of any government or organisation. Country borders may not reflect current geopolitical situations or internationally recognised boundaries.

The inclusion or representation of any territory, country, or region does not imply any opinion on the legal status of that territory by Zawa Studio.

7. Intellectual property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zawa Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter (your visited countries list).

Geographic data is sourced from Natural Earth (public domain). The 3D globe is powered by react-globe.gl (MIT License).

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information in the App.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zawa Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

10. Service availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Zawa Studio is located.
